  • We will accept products unworn, unused and undamaged, for an exchange or a return, when accompanied by the original packaging.
  • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

  • Please note that for exchanges and returns to, you may use your preferred carrier with tracking services and insurances to secure your package.
